Q: What are the different modes available to make the fee payment?

A: From this academic year as per our earlier instructions, only online fee payment facility is provided.

Q: Which are the online payment modes available for me to make a payment?

A: Different modes of online payment are indicated under Acadamis parent portal and weblink.

Q: After entering my child’s name and DOB, I see an error message “Name of the Student not matching as per school records”.

A: Please check whether the student’s full name and date of birth are as per school records (the exact name will be found on any report card published ). If you still receive the same error message send an email to school to obtain the exact name of the student as per school records. Do mention your contact number, student name, class, sec and date of birth for verification in the email.

Q: I am getting the message “Fee Transaction is Pending. No response from Bank”.

A: Please verify the transaction after a gap of 4 hours. If you still do not receive the receipt, send an email. Do mention your contact number, student name, class, sec and date of birth for verification in the email.

Q: I have done the transaction and the amount is deducted from my bank account, but the fee receipt is not generated.

A: Once the amount is credited to our account (might take a few hours), receipt will be generated and available in your Acadamis parent portal. If not, please contact your bank to initiate the refund process. In either case, kindly send the Transaction ID along with a screenshot of the transaction to the school email id. Do mention your contact number in the email. We will also check the transaction status and revert.
